By requesting services from Maria Towing And Roadside Services, you signify your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our roadside services.

  1. Service Provision Maria Towing And Roadside Services provides emergency towing, accident recovery, jumpstarts, tire changes, lockout assistance, and fuel delivery. All services are subject to the availability of our trucks and operators. We reserve the right to refuse service if the situation is deemed unsafe for our drivers or equipment.
  2. Estimates and Pricing All quotes provided over the phone are estimates based on the information provided by the customer. Final pricing may be adjusted if the actual conditions of the vehicle, location, or required recovery methods differ significantly from the initial description. We prioritize transparent pricing and will inform you of any changes before commencing work.
  3. Liability and Damages While we use modern equipment and industry-standard safety practices to ensure damage-free recovery, Maria Towing And Roadside Services is not liable for any pre-existing damages to your vehicle. Customers are responsible for removing all valuable personal belongings from the vehicle before it is towed.
  4. Customer Responsibilities It is your responsibility to ensure you are the legal owner or authorized operator of the vehicle being towed. You must provide accurate location details and truthfully describe the mechanical state of the vehicle. If you are waiting on a busy highway, it is your responsibility to remain in a safe location until our operators arrive.
  5. Cancellations If you resolve your vehicle issue or find alternative assistance after a truck has been dispatched, you must notify us immediately. A standard cancellation fee may be applied to cover the fuel, time, and routing costs of the dispatched driver.
  6. Governing Law These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with local state laws. Any disputes arising out of the provision of our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the local courts.
